The vine types (under drip irrigation) are: Shiraz 2.0 ha; Tempranillo 0.4 ha; Mourvedre 0.3 ha; Grenache 0.3 ha. Water for domestic and irrigation purposes is gained from the Theewaterskloof scheme and a borehole with holding tanks. The small CELLAR on the farm (156 m²), currently used as a barrel cellar and office, can easily be converted into a 2 bedroom-cottage if need be.  

The MANOR HOUSE (415 m²) functioned as a highly profitable guesthouse in the past as it offers breath taking views and is ideally located to make exploring the multitude wine farms in the area easy. All four very spacious bedrooms are in-suite, air-conditioned and overlooking the tapestry of vineyards flowing through to the Hottentots Holland mountains. The open plan living area consists of a lounge with a fireplace, dining area, kitchen and patio (52 m²) as well as an outdoor braai overlooking the pool and vineyards. The double garage (38 m²) can house two large vehicles. The COTTAGE (230 m²) on the property has an open plan, double volume living area, consisting of a dining area, a lounge and kitchen with a scullery.
